How to Use:
Adjust Straps: Ensure the helmet’s straps are loose enough to fit comfortably but snugly against your head.
Position Helmet: Place the helmet on your head, it should be about one or two finger-widths above your eyebrows.
Secure Straps: Adjust the chin straps so they are tight enough to hold the helmet securely in place but not uncomfortably tight. The buckle should sit centred under your chin.
Check Fit: Shake your head gently from side to side and up and down. The helmet should remain in place without shifting or wobbling. If it moves excessively, readjust the straps for a snugger fit.
